½ cup cornflour (cornstarch)
vegetable oil, for deep frying

Batter:
150g (5 oz) plain flour (all-purpose flour)
50g (1.7 oz) corn flour (cornstarch)
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
320ml (10.8 fl oz) cold beer
Tangy mayo:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
pinch of salt
Pickled red onion:
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp white vinegar
½ tsp sea salt

Fish tacos
Easy to make and taste like the very best tacos ever. Got tons of praise even from those who say usually not into fish tacos at all. Was told can invite them anytime I plan cooking these again. Totally yummy
Crispy fish
I didn’t do fish taco’s, I did battered fish, chips and salad. Oh my goodness Marion the fish was absolutely delicious. I used Basa fillets and the batter was so crispy and crunchy and the fish oh so tender♥️ Oh so easy and quick to make. I also made a fresh salad 🥗 lettuce, grated carrots, grape tomatoes and snow peas and dressed it with your Vietnamese dressing 👌🥰🥗 Absolutely NO need to buy takeout when this is oh so darn delicious xxx 🙏 thanks so much for your cookbooks, recipes on Facebook and videos.
