
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp finely grated ginger
2 tsp dark sweet soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Place ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer for 5-6 minutes or until thickened slightly.
