1 X Marion’s Kitchen Vietnamese Lemongrass & Garlic Wok Hit
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
400g peeled and deveined raw prawns (shrimp)
100g snow peas
1 zucchini, sliced
½ carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 long red chilli, sliced (optional)
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and toss in your onions. Let them brown for about half a minute. Now add the prawns and stir-fry until just cooked through.
Add the snow peas, zucchini and carrot and stir-fry for about a minute. Now add that tasty VIETNAMESE LEMONGRASS & GARLIC WOK HIT and stir-fry until well combined. Remove from heat and toss through the red chilli (if using). Serve immediately.
