2 tbsp tamarind concentrate
3 tbsp finely shaved palm sugar
3 tbsp white vinegar
¼ cup rice bran oil
2 tbsp roughly chopped coriander leaves and stems
½ clove garlic
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth and emulsified.
