4 boneless, skinless chicken thigh fillets
2 tbsp Marion’s Sticky Chilli Ginger Marinade (or try my homemade sticky chilli sauce recipe)
1 cup plain (all-purpose) flour
1 cup vegetable oil
4 brioche buns, lightly toasted
½ green cabbage, finely shredded
½ cup red cabbage, finely shredded
¼ cup spring onion (scallions), finely sliced
sea salt
Chilli ginger mayo:
½ cup mayonnaise
Absolutely delicious!!
This recipe is sooo good! My husband and I love ground turkey and chicken burgers and we did these to spice things up (literally!) and they were just delicious.
