Berry Coconut Chia Smoothie

serves 2

– 7oz (207ml) Marion’s Kitchen Premium Light Coconut Milk

– 1 cup cold water

– 2 cups frozen mixed berries

–  frozen banana

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

– fresh berries & coconut flakes to serve

Place all the ingredients except the fresh berries and coconut flakes in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and top with extra fresh berries and coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
