1 x Marion’s Kitchen Cantonese Hoisin & Garlic Fresh Wrap Kit, which includes:
CANTONESE HOISIN SAUCE
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, finely sliced
500g (1lb) peeled and deveined prawns (shrimp)
½ cup sliced spring onions (scallions)
lettuce leaves to serve
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry the onion until brown at the edges. Add prawns and stir-fry until pink and cooked through. Add the CANTONESE HOISIN SAUCE and stir-fry until combined. Remove from heat and toss through the spring onions.
Serve with lettuce leaves and CRISPY GARLIC to sprinkle on top.
