1 x Marion’s Kitchen Cantonese Hoisin & Garlic Fresh Wrap Kit, which includes:
CANTONESE HOISIN SAUCE
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
600g mixed mushrooms, larger mushrooms cut into bite-sized pieces
100g firm tofu, sliced or cubed
½ carrot, cut into matchsticks
½ cup finely sliced spring onion (scallions)
lettuce leaves to serve
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add onion and stir-fry until starting to brown. Add mushrooms, tofu and carrot and stir-fry for about a minute. Add CANTONESE HOISIN SAUCE and stir-fry until well combined. Remove from heat and toss through spring onions.
Serve with lettuce leaves and CRISPY GARLIC to sprinkle on top.
