1kg (2 lb 3 oz) beef short ribs (cut into 5cm/2” lengths)
1 tbsp vegetable oil, plus 1 tsp extra
½ jar Marion’s Kitchen Thai Massaman Curry Paste
400ml (14 fl oz) coconut milk
6 Asian red shallots, peeled (larger ones halved)
8 small potatoes, peeled, cut in half
sea salt
coriander (cilantro), to garnish (optional)
steamed rice, to serve
OH my-so DELISH
So I added carrots and parsnips too BUT this is sooo good not too spicy. I do not like hot food, but you can adjust to YOUR taste. The flavors are just wonderful in this Massaman curry paste. I am sure I will use it on MANY other dishes. The paste I got from Amazon was really good, just wish we could get Marion’s food in the USA.. I have yet to have a dish from her fail….that says a lot!
