1 x Marion’s Kitchen Malaysian Satay Fresh Wrap Kit, which includes:
MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE
500g (1 lb) peeled and deveined whole prawns (shrimp)
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 small red onion, finely sliced
lettuce or cabbage leaves to serve
8 bamboo or wooden skewers
Place 4 tbsp of the MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE into a large bowl. Add prawns and mix until well combined. Thread prawns onto skewers. Cook prawns on a grill plate or in a frying pan until just cooked.
Place remaining MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
Serve prawns skewers with lettuce or cabbage leaves, cucumber, red onion, CRISPY SHALLOTS and the warm MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE.
