1 x Marion’s Kitchen Malaysian Satay Fresh Wrap Kit, which includes:
MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE
1 tbsp vegetable oil
500g pork mince
1 green capsicum, seeded and sliced
1 red capsicum, seeded and sliced
¼ cup chopped coriander (cilantro)
lettuce or cabbage leaves to serve
lime wedges to serve
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry the pork mince until almost cooked. Add the capsicums and stir-fry for another minute until vegetables are tender but still crisp. Add the MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE and stir-fry until well combined. Remove from heat and top with coriander and CRISPY SHALLOTS.
Serve with lettuce or cabbage leaves and lime wedges to scoop up each tasty bite.
