1 X Marion’s Kitchen Korean Chilli & Sesame Wok Hit
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
400g (14 oz) thinly sliced pork fillet or belly
100g (3.5 oz) snow peas
1 red capsicum, seeded and sliced into strips
1 zucchini, sliced
¼ cup bean shoots
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan and toss in your onions. Let them brown for about half a minute. Now add your pork and stir-fry until just cooked.
Add in the snow peas, capsicum and zucchini and stir-fry for another minute. Now add the KOREAN CHILLI & SESAME WOK HIT. Stir-fry until well combined. Remove from heat and top with bean shoots. Serve immediately.
