How long can you keep fried garlic oil?

Our fried garlic oil does have a slightly shorter shelf life compared to other condiments you may be used to (or just oil in general). But because of the addition of the garlic, this fried garlic oil will keep for one week when kept at room temperature. No need to refrigerate this one, just pop it on your bench and add it to absolutely everything!

What is garlic oil good for?

Garlic oil is good for EVERYTHING! If you’ve been putting off making fried garlic oil because you don’t think you will use it enough, let me stop you right there…this is one totally epic condiment that we can’t get enough of. Garlic oil is delicious with Mama Noi’s Grilled Stuffed Squid, the Stuffed Squid Soup or just about any other seafood dish you can think of! If you love seafood and you love garlic you NEED this garlic oil in your life.
