1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
Place oil and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until garlic is golden, then remove from heat and pour into a heat-proof bowl.
– Garlic oil will keep for 1 week at room temperature.
Our fried garlic oil does have a slightly shorter shelf life compared to other condiments you may be used to (or just oil in general). But because of the addition of the garlic, this fried garlic oil will keep for one week when kept at room temperature. No need to refrigerate this one, just pop it on your bench and add it to absolutely everything!

Then Strain onto towel & pat dry..cover with towel.(please use potatoes water to help make gravy..you can even use it next day to poach or cook pasta or rice..
Back to spuds.. in a bowl add flour, salt & black pepper, a Little Chilli if You wish.. mix & add to spuds rolling them gently add to sieve, to knock off excess flour..pre heat deep fat frier, add cook spuds till golden brown.. MAGIC..😎
