2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 garlic cloves, sliced
300g (10oz) Asian greens, sliced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for half a minute. Add the Asian greens and oyster sauce and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes or until just tender but still crisp.
