CHRISTMAS ASIAN 'SLAW

Ingredients

10 cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage (wombok) 

½ cup coriander (cilantro) leaves 

¼ cup finely sliced spring onion 

2 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped 

 

Dressing: 

6 tbsp fish sauce 

4 tbsp white vinegar 

6 tbsp sugar 

4 tbsp lime juice 

2 long red chilli, finely chopped 

2-4garlic cloves, finely chopped 

Steps

For the dressing, whisk all ingredients together 

For the Asian ‘slaw, mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
