1 x Marion’s Kitchen Malaysian Satay Fresh Wrap Kit, which includes:
MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
500g (1lb) diced chicken breast
1 cucumber, cut into matchsticks
200g (7oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
½ carrot cut into matchsticks
coriander (cilantro) and mint leaves to serve
lettuce leaves to serve
Toss zucchini with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Grill zucchini strips on a grill plate or in a frying pan. Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until just cooked. Add MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE and stir-fry until well combined. Place chicken mixture in a large serving bowl and top with CRISPY SHALLOTS and coriander leaves. Serve with cucumber, tomatoes, carrot, herbs and lettuce leaves.
