1 x Marion’s Kitchen Cantonese Hoisin & Garlic Fresh Wrap Kit, which includes:
CANTONESE HOISIN SAUCE
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 x 200g (7oz) sirloin steaks
1 cucumber, sliced
½ red onion finely sliced
½ cup finely sliced spring onion (scallions)
lettuce leaves to serve
Brush steaks with oil and season generously with sea salt. Heat a grill plate or barbecue and cook steaks for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
Top each lettuce leaf with cucumber, beef slices, red onion, spring onion and sprinkle with CRISPY GARLIC. Serve with CANTONESE HOISIN SAUCE on the side to spoon over each lettuce cup.
