1 x Marion’s Kitchen Cantonese Hoisin & Garlic Wok Hit
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
500g thinly sliced beef
1 carrot, cut into thin slices
100g snow peas
1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
½ cup sliced spring onion (scallions)
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and toss in your onions. Let them brown for about half a minute. Now add the beef and stir-fry until almost cooked.
Add the carrot and snow peas and stir-fry for about a minute. Now add that tasty CANTONESE HOISIN & GARLIC WOK HIT and stir-fry until well combined. Remove from heat and toss through the spring onions and red chilli. Serve immediately.
