1 x Marion’s Kitchen Cantonese Hoisin & Garlic Fresh Wrap Kit, which includes:
CANTONESE HOISIN SAUCE
1 tbsp vegetable oil
500g thinly sliced beef
1 carrot, cut into thin slices
1 green capsicum, seeded and sliced
¼ cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped
lettuce or cabbage leaves to serve
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until almost cooked. Add the carrot and capsicum and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Add the CANTONESE HOISIN SAUCE and stir-fry until well combined. Remove from heat and sprinkle with coriander and CRISPY GARLIC.
