1 x Marion’s Kitchen Malaysian Satay Fresh Wrap Kit, which includes:
MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE
1 tbsp vegetable oil
500g (1 lb) beef mince
½ cup finely diced carrot
1 red capsicum (bell pepper), seeded and diced
1 cucumber, cut into batons
coriander (coriander) leaves to serve
lettuce leaves to serve
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry onion for a couple of minutes. Add the beef mince and stir-fry until cooked.
Place salmon fillets in a large bowl with 3 tbsp MALAYSIAN SATAY SAUCE. Gently mix until evenly coated. Place salmon fillets onto a baking tray lined with foil. Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking. Remove from the oven.
Serve beef mixture with cucumber, coriander, lettuce leaves and CRISPY SHALLOTS for sprinkling over the top.
